Specifications
- It is suitable for the filling of carbonated and non-carbonated beverages. The machine has rinsing, filling and capping units. Working system of the machine is rotary type. Speed of the machine is controlled with variable speed drive.
- Operator friendly. Different bottle and product settings can be loaded into the PLC program. Therefore, when the product or bottle size changes, the operator easily changes the machine settings from the touch screen
- The machine operates with a double-stage filling speed, in this way, foaming is minimized and optimum filling is achieved even in narrow-entry bottles. The valves are controlled by an electro-pneumatic system.
- It can be filled without contact with the bottle.Therefore, high microbiological safety and maximum hygiene are provided. There is a separate flow meter for each bottle, filling accuracy is optimum.
- The system is PLC electronically controlled. There is a touch screen operator panel on the machine. The operator can observe the status of the machine (speed information, fault and warning information) from screen. In this way, operator can use the machine more efficiently and easily.
- The machine will be suitable for PET and glass bottle. Glass bottles are transferred from the bottom of the bottle. PET bottles are transferred from the neck of the bottle.
- The points of the machine in contact with the product will be made of stainless steel material. The parts of the machine that come into contact with the bottle will be made of special plastic material developed for food products.
- Speed of the machine is controlled with variable speed drive.

- Machine height is adjusted with electrical engine.

- During filling process, bottles are held from neck in order to be filled.

- The filling system is vacuumless, and also can fill the bottle easily whatever the bottle’s weight is.

- The machine is covered with protective frames according to the “CE” norms.
- Pneumatic equipment’s of the machine will be VEMA (Turkey) brand.
